I had purchased Ola S1 electric scooter TG081621 in 2024 after a delay of two months. In the month of Aug 2025, my scooter got broke down, rear wheel got jammed. I took the vehicle to service center for repair but they said first I have to first book the slot. From that day I tried to book the slot but the app didn’t allow it. So trying for continuously for one month, calling customer care, it was such a hell. Finally, on 3rd Oct I was successful in booking the slot, hence I took to the Kompally service center to give my scooter but I was astonished to see so many vehicles, pics enclosed. After inspection the technician told that the motor hub is spoiled and needs to be replaced but the part is unavailable. Since then I have kept the vehicle at their servicing space at Dhoolapally which is a small shed without any security. All vehicles lying outside in all weather. My scooter battery is getting discharged. Even a mechanic shop is better than this servicing point.

I want to ask u Mr. Bhavesh, ur people will call ten times in a day for a sales call but why u have not taken care of servicing ??
Who is responsible for my vehicles security ? its kept in open space.
There is no update on the app not ur call center on the status of my vehicle.
Since Aug 25 I am unable to use my scooter for which I have invested one lakh Rs. I want a compensation of Rs 400/per day since Aug 25 as I am unable to use of vehicle.
