Ola Electric has shown complete negligence in providing a reliable product and service. I purchased vehicle KA01JX6368 in July 2023, and since then, it has had a serious recurring issue — the vehicle suddenly stops whenever the right-hand brake is used, putting my life at risk during rides. For the past three days, my charger has also stopped working, making the vehicle unusable. I visited five Ola charging stations within 12 km, but all were closed, exposing the company’s false claims about its charging network. When I went to the Bettadasanapura (Bartena Agrahara) service centre at 11 AM, it was shut, and the staff said the centre has been closed for days due to lack of technicians. The Singasandra service centre refused to attend without an online booking, and the Ola app’s service booking page itself has stopped working. This shows a complete failure of Ola’s service system. I demand an immediate resolution and repair of my vehicle and charger within 48 hours, failing which I will take legal action against the company for deficiency in service and endangering consumer safety.
