I, Kothiya Jenish Rajeshbhai, hereby submit this complaint against Ola Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd. stating that my Ola Electric scooter Model: Ola S1 was submitted to the authorized Ola Electric service center on Wadhwan for battery replacement under warranty, and despite the scooter being in their possession for over 4.5 months, the battery has still not been replaced. During this entire period, the service center has repeatedly failed to answer my phone calls and has not provided any clear update or resolution, and Ola customer support has also failed to take action or address my grievances. This prolonged delay has caused me significant inconvenience, mental harassment, and financial burden as I have been forced to use alternative transportation. Therefore, I request the Hon’ble Consumer Court to take strict action and direct Ola Electric to immediately replace or repair the battery, compensate me for the inconvenience and additional expenses, or refund the scooter amount if necessary, along with suitable compensation for mental agony and litigation costs in the interest of justice.
