Every month since my purchase ola electric scooter on 2024 last month, my scooter shut down on road and i have to toe it to peramangalam service centre paying a huge amount. They makes some adjustment service which makes scooter ridable for 20 or 30 days after same issue repeates. Yesterday also scooter shut down on road showing battery problem as i mentioned in previous mails and today i approached both Thrissur M G road and peramangalam service centre by fixing appointment. But they are not even attending me properly.MG road asks to go Peramangalam and peramangalam asks to go to chalakudy as they doesnt have proper tool to repair. Kindly do some arrangements to call back on complaint ticket id 11136173 on my scooter. Otherwise I will have to take legal action to get my vehicle to get it repaired. Kindly take it as a notice before commencing legal procedings
