Timeline of Events & Failure:
Order Placement & Initial Promise: The order for essential medicines was placed on November 3, 2025, at 8:30 PM and was initially promised for delivery by 11:00 PM on November 3, 2025.
Failed Promise & Escalation: The delivery failed to materialize. I initiated contact on November 4, 2025, raising a support ticket (4647392).
Breach of Multiple Commitments: Your support team provided multiple revised delivery commitments, first citing "stock availability" (which should have been informed earlier) and setting a new deadline of 03:00 PM on November 4, 2025. Your company failed to meet this revised deadline.
Complete Resolution Failure: Subsequent attempts by me to seek resolution throughout the afternoon and evening of November 4, 2025, were met with vague assurances (e.g., "update within 90 minutes") and ultimately resulted in a complete lapse of resolution by 07:15 PM.
The delay of an order containing essential medicines (including Grilinctus DX Syrup, Antoxid HC Capsule, etc.) is not merely an inconvenience but causes genuine anxiety and mental agony, especially considering the condition was a severe cold and smog-induced cough. Your organization's repeated failures to honor commitments and inability to resolve the issue over a period of many hours demonstrates clear negligence and a casual disregard for consumer welfare and health.
Demand for Immediate Action:
I hereby demand that you:
- Immediately cancel Order ID 333947065 and issue a full refund of the order value of ₹928.66.
- Pay a compensation of ₹5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) for the significant mental distress, time wasted, and consumer harassment caused by this gross deficiency in service.
This letter serves as a final opportunity for resolution. Should I not receive confirmation of the refund and a satisfactory explanation for this service failure within 7 days of the date of this letter, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint in the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum seeking compensation for the deficiency in service, unfair trade practices, and mental distress, as already drafted.
