On 19.09.2025 one HP Computer vide title no.HP15 intel Core 3 14th Gen 100U booked from Flipkart undere Order ID Number OD335515344409447100 ,Order Date no.19.09.2025 and Voice generate on 20.09.2025.After that on 21.09.2025 received my order but his Keyboard not working. In this regard raised a issue on same date i.e 21.09.2025 with flipkat. After that on 26.09.2025 HP tec representative checked and issue a DOA letter and advised that contact with Flipkart customer care. But today on dater that my request for replacement of above laptop was rejected after contacted with the customer care of Flipkart then say I can't do any thingb .so you have requested kindly look into the matter and resolved the isuue early as possible .

After that on 21.09.2025 received my order but his Keyboard not working. In this regard raised a issue on same date i.e 21.09.2025 with flipkat.
