This company initially promised to deliver the order within 10-12 days, but even after repeated follow-ups, they failed to deliver on time. I informed them that I was traveling and needed the delivery on time, but they didn’t deliver as promised. Now that I am no longer in town, they are insisting on delivering after I return, which is a month later, and are refusing to refund the money.
They failed to deliver winter clothing during the winter season and are outright denying the refund. They have taken over ₹22,000 and are refusing to return it.
