I am Anandita Sen Gupta. I purchased the “Classic Gold Bangle Bracelet” (Order ID: #PM1570638436) on 29/10/25, and the product was delivered to me on 07/11/25. Due to the bangle being of a bigger size, I returned the product.


However, I have still not received my refund, even though the payment was made through PhonePe. I have raised complaints multiple times, but there has been no response from customer care. I have not received any call yet, and I also did not receive any message after the product was picked up.

@Attaching few samples, please go through and help me t get my refund.


Kindly look into this matter on priority and process my refund at the earliest.
