Here’s how you can raise a complaint to AJIO about the failed return:
📱 Method 1: Through AJIO App (Easiest)
Open the AJIO app
Go to My Account
Tap My Orders
Select the order (RT number shown in your message)
Click Return/Refund Status
Choose Need Help / Report Issue
Select reason: 👉 “Return pickup rejected wrongly” or “Quality check failed incorrectly”
Submit complaint with details

Go to AJIO website
Login to your account
Go to My Orders
Select the product
Click Help / Raise Request
Submit complaint

Explain:
Order ID (RT number)

Dear Sir/Madam,
I placed a return request for my order (Order ID: RT209420571 / RT209439076 / RT209432308). However, I received a message that the return failed the quality check and the pickup was cancelled.
I would like to inform you that the product is unused, with packaging intact. I believe the rejection was incorrect.
I kindly request you to re-initiate the return pickup or review this issue.
Please look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.
