Method 1: Through AJIO App (Easiest)
Open the AJIO app
Go to My Account
Tap My Orders
Select the order (RT number shown in your message)
Click Return/Refund Status
Choose Need Help / Report Issue
Select reason:
“Return pickup rejected wrongly” or “Quality check failed incorrectly”
Submit complaint with details
Method 2: AJIO Website
Go to AJIO website
Login to your account
Go to My Orders
Select the product
Click Help / Raise Request
Submit complaint
Method 3: Customer Care
Call AJIO support: 1800-889-9991
Explain:
Order ID (RT number)
Pickup was cancelled wrongly by Delhivery
Item is unused and in original condition
