Hotel not proving order on time and denied for provide bill of my order

Dear Sir,
On the evening of 22nd I went to MP 07 hotel where I ordered a pizza. The hotel management told me that I will have to wait for 20 minutes on this order and after that you will get your order. After waiting there for 25 minutes, when I asked for my order from the hotel management, they did not give me the order in time and said that it will take us some more time. At the same time, I requested the hotel management to cancel my order and asked for my money back. They neither cancelled my order nor returned my money. After that, I asked the hotel management for the bill for this food and they did not provide me that bill also. Sir, please accept my complaint, I have not received my food bill and I did not even take my food from there because it was taking too much time

Note - i provide 500 rs is in cash to the hotel
and they also return me 290 rs is in cash

Delivery delays can occasionally happen due to circumstances beyond the control of the delivery personnel or the service provider. This is quite common in many cases:
  • Food deliveries may sometimes be delayed slightly but are usually delivered within a reasonable time.
  • E-commerce purchases may arrive 2–3 days later than the expected date, especially due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
Such short delays are generally considered acceptable and fall within a reasonable time frame. However, if there is an unreasonable delay, or if the product or service is not delivered at all, you have every right to take action.
