I have ordered ALLEN SOLLY Men Solid Round Neck Cotton Blend Red T-Shirt from Flipkart on 22nd September, As its quality/size was not as i was expecting so i raise the exchange request on 24th September on same day ,since than i am taking follow up from Flipkart customer care executive many times but still I didn't get any solution from them almost 22 days are gone and they are not providing any positive response so now I want total amount of refund .

  • Clearly mention the order number and explain it’s been 22 days with no resolution.
  • Ask to escalate your complaint to higher authority or the grievance cell.
2. Use Social Media for Visibility
  • Tweet at @Flipkart or message their Facebook page with your order details and issue.
  • Public complaints often get faster attention.
3. Raise a Dispute via Payment Provider
  • If you paid by card or UPI, contact your bank/app to raise a dispute if Flipkart doesn’t resolve.
4. File a Complaint with Consumer Forum or NCDRC
  • If all else fails, lodge a complaint on consumer grievance portals or with the District Consumer Forum for quick resolution.
