I need to answer my question why not they change my stuff which they allowed to exchange life time I have invoices
 
Hi I have bought jewelry from art karat 2003 to 2005 that time they give me receipt it’s clearly said I can exchange my jewelry any time with 75 % of value now this ppl saying they change the rules and I paid in pounds now this ppl has problem to exchange my stuff because they think price difference is too high and all short of reasons I need email from the owner to decline my request for the proper answer which they are not doing it even asking many times
