Raised complaint of Wifi router adapter not working within 2 months of purchasing their Airfiber services and speed is not according to the plan I subscribed for. The ticket was raised and assured that it would be resolved within 21st November. But it is now 5th December and still no one has come to fix the issue in spite of me calling the customer care number and complaining 3 times. Had to switch to using DTH adapter and haven't been able to use my DTH for the past 2 months since raising complaint. Actually second ticket was 21st November, whereas the first complaint was raised in september.

I called yesterday requesting an immediate house visit to fix the issue, but they just closed the old complaint and created a new ticket. Also, the complaint box in the Airtel Thanks App is empty, and not even my previous service requests are shown. I think just because I have a working connection (even though it is very slow and not what I am paying for), they might be setting my request as a low priority. (Have also included maximum speed test results I got with an ethernet connection, the sales guy promised 150 Mbps with 20 or less ping). Mainly am not able to use the DTH connection which came along with the airfiber cuz I am using the DTH adapter for the wifi router.
