I am filing this complaint against Livpure Private Limited for failing to refund my money even after cancelling the service, with no product or subscription delivered, and over 10 days of follow-up.

What Happened:

  1. I opted for a plan from Livpure, but decided to cancel it immediately due to poor service experience and lack of timely responses from their team.
  2. I did not receive the product, nor was any subscription started.
  3. As per Livpure’s Sales & Return Policy (link), the refund should have been initiated within 7–8 working days, but it has been over 20 days.
  4. I have made multiple calls and follow-ups, and each time I receive the same standard response: “Your request is forwarded to the cancellation team.”
  5. On asking for updates via email, customer care executives disconnect the call, showing complete disregard for consumer rights.
  6. Despite having no active subscription or product, the company continues to hold my money without reason.
  7. I have even CC’d the CEO in escalation emails, but the issue remains unresolved.

Relief Sought:

  1. Immediate refund of the full amount: ₹6547
  2. Compensation for mental harassment and time wasted in follow-ups
  3. Written apology for poor service and non-compliance with refund timelines
  4. Assurance that no further charges or deductions will be made in the future
