Complaint Regarding Non-Refund for Incorrect Product Delivered – Order No. ML67816

I would like to lodge a formal complaint against Label Mishwa for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
I placed an order bearing Order No. ML67816 for a suit in a specific color as displayed on the seller’s website. However, the product delivered to me was entirely different from what was shown and promised at the time of purchase.
Upon noticing the discrepancy, I immediately contacted the seller via email. As per their instructions, I returned the incorrect product through courier. The return parcel has been successfully delivered to the seller.
Despite the product being returned and several follow-ups made by me, the seller has neither processed the refund nor provided any response or clarification. This prolonged delay and lack of communication has caused me financial loss, inconvenience, and mental harassment.
