he Hon’ble Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission
Respected Sir/Madam,
I wish to file a complaint against SOCH Store, InOrbit Mall, Vashi for serious deficiency in service and unethical conduct.
I returned two tops amounting to ₹3,000/- at the above-mentioned store LAST YEAR IN MAY 2025 after my exchange request was no accepted till date. However, till date, neither the exchange product nor any refund has been provided, despite repeated visits and follow-ups with store staff named Krishna (Kanhaiyya) & Tabish.
Even the salesman named Krishna (Kanhaiyya) talked to me in very rude manner and very unprofessional way.
Further, I was wrongfully charged ₹6,000/- in the name of a so-called donation, allegedly processed by a store representative named Tabish, without my informed consent. This act appears to be misrepresentation and forgery, causing additional financial loss and mental harassment.
The conduct of the store reflects gross negligence, unfair trade practice, and possible financial fraud, in violation of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
