We engaged T J Express Worldwide for air freight services on July 25, 2025, paying ₹73,710 (Invoice: TJ EXP/C-01-2025-2026, Tracking: 10160) to transport 126kg cargo from Mumbai to Australia with a promised delivery date of August 2, 2025, which was critical for our upcoming event. Despite full payment, the delivery deadline has passed with no fulfillment.
From August 7-11, 2025, we made numerous follow-up calls due to the delay. The service provider gave conflicting and false explanations including claims of accidents, customs issues, and cargo being stuck, but refused to provide supporting documentation citing confidentiality. When pressed for updates, they provided misleading information about release dates and tracking details that showed incorrect weight specifications. Their communication was unprofessional, evasive, and inconsistent throughout.
The failed delivery has caused significant business disruption as the cargo was essential for our scheduled event. We have incurred financial losses, compromised client commitments, and potential damage to our professional reputation. Despite multiple assurances of next-day delivery, no concrete timeline or reliable information has been provided. The service provider's conduct demonstrates breach of contract, poor customer service, and provision of false information. We seek immediate delivery of our cargo or full refund of ₹73,710 plus compensation for the goods supplied and business losses incurred due to their negligence and unprofessional service.
