I want to lodge a formal complaint against IGP - Indian Gifts Portal, for their inability to provide the service the company offers and for not providing any support to resolve it either.

Complaint details:
Purchased order: Rakhi and Kaju Kathli sweets
Date of purchase: 3rd August
Mode of purchase: Online through IGP website
Order ID: 15474241
Amount paid: Rs.2990 through debit card
Promised delivery date: 7th August
Delivery location: Germany
Status: Not delivered, absolutely no support or information about the order

As per the above info, my purchased order has not been delivered and they are not responding in any of their available platforms - mail, whatsapp, call, website complaint form - despite repeated attempts to reach them on different days at different times. Tracking ID does not work either.

Relief sought:
Immediate delivery of my purchased order with proof of delivery
OR
Full refund of my purchased order amount + compensation of Rs.7000 for inconvenience and harassment, deficiency of service, misleading information and negligence.
