I placed a laptop order #OD434936417567644100 on Flipkart on July 14th, 2025, during Flipkart GOAT sale by exchanging my old laptop to my office address as delivery address. I ordered the laptop for a price tag of INR 41,295, including exchange of my old laptop and credit card offers. The expected delivery date was on July 23rd, but order was not delivered, and it was rescheduled to next day i.e., on 24th but again it was not delivered, and it was rescheduled to next day i.e., on 25th. on 25th I was on leave and changed delivery date to Monday i.e., on 28th, but order was not delivered, and it was rescheduled to next day i.e., on 29th, but again order was not delivered, and it was rescheduled to next day i.e., on 30th.
On 30th, I myself reached out to Delivery Hub, they said no matter what I do or call to Customer Service they will not deliver the laptop, when I call Flipkart customer service they tried to assist by calling the Hub Manager, Hub Incharge but no one responded to the Customer Service Escalation agent (Shubam). Agent (Shubham) asked me to handover my phone to any of the hub member and when I tried that the Hub members just ran inside with a rude response to me. Being helpless Shubam assured me that He had escalated this to higher levels and the order will be delivered today i.e., on July 30th. But, to my surprise, I got a message that my ordered is cancelled and requesting to place a new order. Now the new price of this laptop is INR 1,08,999.00. How can I do that now?
Also, I paid through my credit card EMI and the first EMI is going to be due on Aug 5th. I am not sure whether the amount will refund before that because Flipkart said it will take 7 days. Now, if pay the bill to avoid default and later the return amount also get credited back to card then who will return my first EMI money back?
From the past 7 days, I am having trouble with this delivery issue, I was coming by self-transport to office to reach early so that I must be available, just in case if the delivery guy comes early, I had to explain in my office (SEZ zone) that, why I am carrying an extra laptop (for the purpose of exchanging).
I need help by getting my order back for same price through exchange of my old laptop. Please assist.
I have call recordings with the customer care and how the delivery agent lied to customer care agent.
