I AM BOOKED A FLO MATTRESS ON May 18, 2025 03:19PM in the website Buy Mattress Online | Best Mattress Brand in India – Flo Mattress in website the delivery time is mention 6 to 9 days only
in this connection i am checked the status on from 25th may 2025 the shipment is not progress from courier partner after that i complaint on this issue the flomattress company customer care representatives is told the product is delivering on tomorrow dayafter tomorrow saying after this issue continuously 10 days i send mail for this issue to company after 10days i.e. on 06-06-2025 contact that day executive said "the customer care the product is missing we are sending another product ". In this connection i am complaint consumer help line on 2025-06-20

I am told customer care i dont want product please refund my amount but still now my amount not received.
