I would like to register a formal complaint against the concerned online shopping platform regarding Order #1864263, placed on February 10, 2026.

The expected delivery date was February 17, 2026. However, as of today, the order status still shows “Processing” and has not been shipped or even moved to the packaging stage. No prior intimation, delay notice, or revised delivery timeline has been communicated to me.
Despite contacting customer support and requesting cancellation, no action has been taken. Since the order has not yet been dispatched, there is no valid justification for withholding cancellation or delaying the refund.
The amount paid is ₹799, and I request:
  1. Immediate cancellation of the order.
  2. Full refund of ₹799 to my original payment method without further delay.
  3. Confirmation of refund processing in writing.
This delay and lack of communication constitute a 2deficiency in service under consumer protection norms.
I have attached relevant screenshots as proof of order status and communication.
I request the concerned authorities to take appropriate action and ensure a refund at the earliest.
