HELLO SIR/MAM

I AM FROM COIMBATORE, TAMILNADU.

I BOOKED OLA S1-AIR SCOOTER ON 14TH MARCH 2025 BY MAKING FULL PAYMENT AS ADVANCE PAYMENT AT AN OLA DISTRIBUTER LOCATED AT SHIVAJI COLONY COIMBATORE TAMILNADU .AND I WAS PROMISED THAT I WILL GET DELIVERY WITHIN 15 DAYS.

I RECEIVED A MESSAGE ON 14TH MARCH EVENING ITSELF STATING THAT THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY IS ON 21-03-2025. THEN WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE THE SCOOTER ON 21-03-2025, I ENQUIRED AND THE DISTRIBUTER LADY STAFF SAID IT WII TAKE ONE MORE WEEK. AND WHEN I ASKED AFTER ONE WEEK I WAS TOLD BY THE LADY STAFF THAT THE SCOOTER WILL BE INVOICED ONLY AFTER 1ST APRIL AND THE DELIVERY WILL BE NEXT WEEK. THEN AFTER ONE WEEK WHEN I ASKED ON 16THAPRIL 2025 I WAS TOLD THAT THE SCOOTER HAS BEEN WRONGLY DISPATCHED TO OLA SHOWROOM UNJAMPATTI BRANCH THENI MADURAI DISTRICT TAMILNADU AND IT WILL TAKE ONE MORE WEEK.

AND TILL NOW SHE IS NOT CONFIRMING THE DELIVERY DATE, AND MEANWHILE ON 8TH APRIL 2025 ONE MAN SAYING THAT HE WAS CALLING FROM RTO OFFICE ASKED WHETHER YOU WANT FANCY NUMBER OR ORDINARY NUMBER WHILE REGISTERING. THE SAME WAS ASKED BY THE LADY STAFF ALSO JUST 4 HOURS BEFORE THAT ON THE SAME DAY .

AND THE STATUS IN THE APP IS THAT THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN DISPATCHED FROM BANGALORE ON 8TH APRIL 2025. AND ONE MORE MESSAGE IN THE APP IS THAT REGISTRATION IS IN PROCESS . THIS MESSAGE IS THERE FOR ALMOST PAST 15 DAYS.

I PHONED TO THE HEAD OFFICE BANGALORE 3 TIMES AND EVERY TIME THEY TELL ME THAT NECESSARY ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. ALSO EVERYTIME THEY SENT ME A LINK TO MAKE COMPLIANT BUT THAT LINK DID NOT WORK AT ALL.

WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW SIR. KINDLY HELP ME.

PLEASE GUIDE ME.

THANKING YOU,
WITH REGARDS
