I am filing this complaint against an Instagram seller from whom I ordered 3 linen pants on 4th June 2025 and paid ₹590 in advance (₹500 for items + ₹90 delivery).

The seller promised delivery within 4–5 days but has neither delivered the product nor refunded my money. I tried calling and messaging multiple times, but there has been no response.

I request the court to take appropriate action and help me get a refund or delivery of the product.
