Sir,
The above mentioned order was made by me on 11.07.2025 and the company assure me to deliver the same by 16.07.2025 and after that they again assured me to deliver the same on 18.07.2025 and then 21.07.2025 and so on. But they are failed to deliver the same even by today. I had also contacted their customer care office at Banglauru numerous times they also assured me that their team is working and will be delivered to me shortly. Yesterday, when i enquired again the customer care office told me that the packet was misplace in the Faridabad HUB and not able to deliver and also told me to buy it again from the website. The few question arises which they are not able to reply:-
1. Why i will buy again at the increased rate
2. I had already paid the amount once for which the courier is still not received
I have faced a lot of mental harassment for calling their customer care offices for hours together and pray you to kindly instruct the company to deliver me the product with a compensation on harassment of Rs. 5000/-.
