My consignment (tracking no. 7D122675437) was booked by the e-commerce platform DeoDap to be delivered to me in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. The consignment reached DTDC Jamshedpur destination centre on 29 December 2025 at 10:30 AM. However, DTDC has not delivered the consignment even after a lapse of six days. I have been constantly following up with the courier. sending them emails, logging complaints at their portal and also speaking to their customer service call centre. However, DTDC is giving vague replies of looking into it and getting back to me with an update, without any firm commitment.
