We sent an item through DTDC courier on 21st July, and it was expected to be delivered by 31st July. However, since then, the tracking status continues to show the parcel as "in transit."

I have been following up multiple times with DTDC’s customer helpline, but they have been unable to provide any concrete support or update since 31st July. I was told that my issue has been escalated as a "missing item," and once it is found, it will be delivered to my location.

The critical point here is that the item was sent for seasonal festival business. If the festival is over, the delivery becomes meaningless. My family depends on this small business, and this delay has caused both financial and emotional distress.

Dear Team,

We still haven’t received any response from DTDC regarding our parcel. It has been 10 days since waiting, and they have no information about its whereabouts.
The parcel contained Rakhi-related items intended for sale, which are now worthless due to the delay. Kindly advise on the best way to claim compensation for the loss.
