Dear Sir I have submitted my application for closure of the account about 4 months ago. It's not closed. Instead the bank is penalized every for not maintaining the minimum balance. While submitting the application the staff told me to withdraw all the balance. So I withdrew the same. But instead of closing the account the Bank has humiliated by deducting money from my account and causing mental stess. Please order the bank to refund the penalized amount along with the balance available in my account and oblige.Thanking you.
