Voltas repaired my split airconditioner after several complaints as they didn't have the spare available to their warehouse, they charged me 6500 for repair of the spare but it never worked and after 10 months of several complaints and follow ups they say I must pay 50% I.e. 3500 rs of the spare part which actual costs 7000. I have said I may pay the difference 7000-6500= 500 only
