Sir, Last year i had closed my Two wheeler loan in the month of March and then later taken a Personal loan in July. But When i requested for the NOC of my Two wheeler loan, the bank simply denied stating that unless and untill i dont clear my PL, i wont be getting my BOC for the Two wheeler loan since it was interlinked with eachother. I dont understand how a loan that was closed 3 months before get inter linked with a loan that was taken 3months later? after fighting for 6 months, i got the NOC copy delivered to me, and now that i have closed my PL too, the bank says they wont be able to give me the NOC because the email id which the bank has is wrong, they dont send the NOC copy to reg email address as per their internal policy. I have to now personally travel 3 hrs one way from Dronagiri to Andheri just to Update my email id with them. What will a person do who doesnt have an email with him, is he or she supposed to make a new email and then wait for the NOC to come on the same. Why cant the bank send a copy to the Registered address, like every other bank does. IDFC first bank has been the worst banking service ever, only harrasaing the clients and consumers because they think we are benith them.
