I am writing to escalate my complaint regarding my Kent Air Fryer, which is not functioning properly. I have already contacted Kent Customer Care 2-3 times and also mail thembbut there is no response or resolution to my issue.
Despite multiple attempts, my problem remains unresolved. This delay is causing significant inconvenience and mental stess. As the product is under warranty, I request immediate action in the form of:
✔ Fast servicing by a qualified technician, OR
✔ Replacement of the unit, if the issue cannot be resolved properly.
