Dear Respected Sir / Madam,
My self Ashutosh Pathak resident of Gaur Yamuna City, Yamuna Expressway, My complaint is against Gaursons india (Builder), We have purchased 2BHK flat in 2017, During the agreement there was many things which was commitment from builder side to pride us, Im mentioning few things below in details.
Our flat booking was under 21 benefits scheme and the benefits was given below & not provided by the builder.
1. Electric meter installation charge upto 3kv
2. DG power backup
3. Free IGL connection
4. Cable / DTH connection
5. Broadband connection
6. 1 years new paper supply
7. Club house facilities delayed 3 years
8. Temple facilities delayed 3 years
9. Cricket & tenis court still not provided
Apart from this they never listen to our any complaints related to maintenance, Even every single complaints we have done through private vendors & amount paid by us, No proper security, No proper water supply, No CCTV camera even road are broken.
After all these issues we are facin they are forcing us to pay maintenance otherwise they won't allow us to use the club facilities.
We are requesting you to kindly take the strict action against the builder & provide us the justice.
