I bought a 235L Double door fridge from Reliance Digital, Noida; last month only. It stopped cooling one day, I contacted the ResQ service centre, a technician was sent to check the issue. He told me that 2 parts are damaged and that he is ordering them which should be delivered in 7-10 working days. This was on 2nd August 2025. And today is 25th August 2025, I still have no update. I have contacted the customer care many times but they always say the same thing that wait for few days, your order is on priority. I just bought the fridge last month and it is just a useless box now.
