I purchased Woodland shoes from their official mobile app on January 13, 2026, Order ID [SO-4167151], delivered on January 17,2026 to [Lashkaria Pearl, Behrambaug, Jogeshwari West]. Shoes (Model-OGCC 3481119NW, SIZE-EU 39) are unworn but size is still big making it uncomfortable to wear. Within 15-day return window, requested return/exchange via app and care@woodlandworldwide.com multiple times since January 17,2026 no pickup arranged, no response. Customer care phone 1800-103-3445 never picks up—constant busy tone. Emails unanswered after 3+ days. My humble request for an immediate return as soon as possible.
