I’m writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I’ve received regarding Order ID 1883, placed on 25th April 2025 from Raw Hide.

Out of the three items I ordered, two were completely inappropriate in size, for which I submitted a return request on 1st May, the very day I received the package. Despite this, there has been absolutely no response from your team. No one has arranged a pickup, and my repeated calls have been blatantly ignored.
