- Approximately over a month ago, my scooter experienced a system error and became completely non-operational.
- Under your Roadside Assistance (RSA) program, the scooter was taken to the Thane Service Center for resolution.
- Since then, I have neither received any updates nor a job card number, despite raising multiple complaints with your customer care and following up diligently through all available channels.
- As a result, my vehicle remains immobilized at the service center without acknowledgment or action from your team—which is causing significant inconvenience.
