Hi
I have visited Truww Interiors, Gachibowli, Hyderabad on 29th November 2025. We had our own designs and taken quotation from them on same day I.e., 29th November 2025 for 5,82,931/- rupees. I have paid 10% out of the total bill I.e., 58,293/- rupees. Post that we have not utilised any services not even measurements. We have cancelled the sale agreement of the flat on 10th December 2025. As I spoke to the sales executive Vamshi Krishna from Truww Gachibowli regarding the cancellation. They said to request for cancellation through their website but no reply till now on the ticket. Today i.e., 19th December 2025, when I called Vamshi, he said they are not allowing refunds but they can extend the time of the validity till 8-10 months. When I have not utilised any of their services even the designs, why is there a hassle to get the amount back. Please help me get my full amount back.
