I ordered a bangle from sulliejewels. Because of size issues i contacted them and as per their instructions i returned it via post on my own expense to get a replacement. As per india post product has been delivered but after that I haven't received any response from sulliejewels. I tried contacting through WhatsApp support, Instagram, email but no response from their side. As per the earlier discussion the company said they will give me replacement but now they are not responding.
