I ordered an electronic notebook b751 from tecvoza.com
But i got an headphones instead of the electronic notebook
They backed with 14 days replacement policy and 24 hrs textback
And i mailed them on 29th but still i got no replies
No return or refund or replacement issued yet

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal:
https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
 
Same problem here
They were spamming ads on my phone and it autofilled my address I don't know how
The cash on delivery option was chosen and I got a call from the blue dart guy saying that the order was delivered.
