Hello Sir/Madam,
Pl note that I had purchased sweatshirt hoodies (qty-m 3nos) on 29th Sep’24 from M/s Pikmax (Online marketplace for buying and selling multi category products
owned by G-Next Consumer Services Pvt Ltd).Website: pikmax.com
The order no 517984. The payment was COD of Rs 1250/-
I received the product & there was defect in the product & I returned it this item on 08th Oct’24.
But I have not received any refund till date. I have written follow up emails 3 to 4 times & there is no response.
I tried to reach out to their customer care number but no response.
Pl settle this amount at the earliest.
