I ordered a bracelet on 11 Dec 2024 by partial payment method. I paid 67.92 rupees that day. for some reason, I canceled my order. Then I called GemsMantra's customer care. He/She sent me an online form to fill up to get a refund and told me it would take 5-6 days. Even after 24 days, I did not get my money back
