Respected sir/ma'am, I have opted for laundry services - Agrawal launders, through which in September, 2024 I lost my 3 clothes - 2 tshirts and 1 pant, one of the tshirts costed 9999/-, for which I also submitted the bill to them. But they don't pick up the calls, tell lies and are stretching the matter since 5 months. Now I am tired of calling them and listening to false statements they are giving, when they hardly pick up the call. It's January, 2025 end and still I have not got a single proper response from their end. Also they keep changing their terms and promises. I am not able to understand what to do because they are not responding well and my clothes were too expensive.
