No installation of Washing Machine -purchased last month

I have purchased the washing machin on 19 April and today id 15 May 2025 its all most a month from Nagpur Reliance Dedital Store Dhrampath
After calling to the store repetaaly the steam from the store informed me that installtion has got compleated from their end.

Please let me know if it would be done or not .
