Hello there,
I ordered a smartphone from Amazon India. It was scheduled for a delivery on today itself (13.06.2025).
The whole day I waited for the order, later when the delivery time was over (that is 10:00PM), I contacted the Amazon India Support team.
In the call, the Support Agent claimed me that there were many delivery scheduled so the delivery was not attempted today and it will be rescheduled and I will get it delivered by tomorrow (that is 14.06.2025).
Later on, I got a mail that my order is being cancelled as I denied to accept the order at the time of delivery.
Now, the very first point is no delivery agent contacted me the whole day. Secondly, I didn't get a call from Amazon India for the confirmation of the cancellation of my order.
So, how is this possible?
Is this the dirty game which Amazon plays while offering discounts or Price Drops?
After reading this mail, I contacted the Amazon Support again and they claimed that it was been processed by the system and they don't have any authority to revert it, so there's very less chance for me to get the delivery of the product.
I want a clear clarification from Amazon India.
