My name is Mrs. Dharmistaben Girish Manani, my age is 62 years. I am having cashless policy in Niva Bhupa. My policy amount is of 12,50,000/- INR. According to my policy terms there is no where written that I have to pay any amount for my "SENILE CATARACT" operation. But here I have been charged 40,000/- INR from hospital. I did my operation from KD Hospital, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. My hospital bill was 70,000/- INR and Niva Bhupa just sanctioned me 30,000/- INR. I was not having that much fund to pay which I already informed to hospital and Niva Bhupa by call and email. But I did not got response from my Insurance company. I buy my policy through policy bazaar and I even did not got any response from there. Why I have to pay hospital when I am having cashless policy. Please help me with this issue. Mene 2023 Mene mera पॉलिसी फ्युचर जनरली पोर्ट किया था डॉ साल के बाद मेरा claim आya था तो कंपनी मेरा क्लेम मे document की requirements पुरी किया tabhi मेरा rejected ho gaya
