Nibav Home Lifts Company Email id - info@nibavlifts.com Mode of payment - Online Amount Paid - 2400000/- Complaint No.- 5574 Problems Details - Lift was installed in his house on 14-Nov-25 from Nibav Home Lifts company. From the day it was installed, the lift is not working. I have complained to the company for this but till now no one has explained it to me due to which im is facing a lot of trouble. Lift has not worked for full 24hrs. This is a failure product. None from the company has taken ownership. No one will pick the call (proof attached). I'm sure this is faulty product many consumers are facing the same problem as me. I need 30,00,000/- as refund because i have to break my building to install the lift.
