Hi,
It is a request of replacement about a new purchase of HP laptop from Vijay Sales Dilshad Garden, Delhi Store on 28th August 25 late night vide INV No. DS-F-SI4606 which is not operational from very first run of OS. (operating system corrupt)
After so many hit and trials (7-8 times) by their representative & myself on 29th Sep it has given same issue (it seems some hardware issue).
Furthermore, I have returned the physical unit to the store on 30th August 25 with the commitment of replacement under DOA policy.
Then, I have been routed to HP service center where they are telling the issue is resolved with reinstallation and telling if the issue will occur again then they'll think about replacement.
From day 1 i am in follow up with representative of Vijay Sales on +917678278374, +917906680321 on 03rd Sep i got call from +917065012689, it was a conference call with HP person to know some details.
I am trying to get the update from all available contact numbers (Vijay Sales & HP Service center) with me whereas nobody is responding & rarely picking my phone & responding on whatsapp.
I just can request people to take the matter seriously & get me the replacement at earliest.
