I had taken my son's pre-admission at Allen Career Institute for JEE Main course 12th Standard on 15th December 2024 by paying fee of INR 70,000
and the course was supposed to start on 5th April 2025 due to which they didn't give me any services like brochure, bag, books study materials etc.
however, due to certain circumstances i informed the institute on 28th December 2024 that i want to cancel the admission and refund full amount but they told that they will deduct INR 20,000 and refund only INR 50,000 which i did not agree and escalated the matter to their center incharge who tried to get the full refund but didnt got any response from their head office.
After couple of months Allen refunded me only INR 50,000 and thereafter i kept fighting for my hard-earned money to get remaining INR 20000 but still not received
