Hi,

I had availed a land loan from PNB Housing Finance Ltd. (PNBHFL), Dehradun branch, two years ago.

On April 9, 2025, I submitted a foreclosure request at the Noida Sector 3 branch, intending to close my loan account. As per the standard process, the foreclosure approval from the central team is expected within 21 working days.

However, it has now been over a month, and I have yet to receive any update regarding the status of my request. Despite my continuous follow-ups with customer care and multiple escalations, there has been no progress.

I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed further in this matter. Your assistance in expediting the process or directing me to the appropriate authority would be highly valuable.

Thank you for your support.
