I have purchase native by Urban Company M2 pro from Urban Company through flipkart and it is installed on the 19th may but from the day of installon it is not working properly the internal solenoid is damaged and is not working it is found on 20th may and from that day i am asking for repalcement or refund but flipkart and urban company is insisting me to repair the product
sir i has bought brand new product. They have delivered a defective product, and they are harassing me to repair instead of a replacement or refund
i am here with attaching the mails sent by urban company and bills of flipkart
please kindly do favour to me
