I ordered “Women's Round Toe Loafers” from Myntra, but I never received the order. However, the app shows the item as delivered. I did not receive any OTP, call, or delivery confirmation from anyone.
I raised a complaint about this, but it was wrongly closed, stating that I confirmed receiving the order, which is completely false. I never received the item and never confirmed anything.
It is very frustrating that I cannot even reach customer service — I have received no response after waiting so long. This is unacceptable. I have waited enough, and I want my refund processed immediately.
